Laughter is the best medicine
Recent studies have shown that children laugh approximately 400 times daily as opposed to adults who only laugh 15 times. In 1995, Dr Madan Kataria an Indian physician already recognised this and developed an easy way to incorporate laughter into our daily lives. The technique does not require any specific skills or athletic ability to practice. He founded the practice on the scientific observation that our bodies cannot tell the difference between real and fake laughter. Both kinds of laughter produce the same beneficial health and psychological results. Anyone can laugh for no reason without relying on humour, jokes or comedy.
